The Modern Day Teens – Youth – Young Adult Finishing School – In-person or Virtual Training – Small Group or one-on-one coaching. We welcome Teens – Youth and Young Adults to participate in the Modern Day Finishing School learning about Image, Etiquette, Manners, Communication, building confidence, charisma and developing leadership skills and awakening your character and personality.

Life for Teens and our Youth and Young Adults has become a jungle and is no longer a playground and your children have to become savvy to know how to survive and thrive in this jungle.
Work in the 21st century has changed so drastically that our children don’t know what the future holds for them, even after studying hard and got themselves degrees. We have just started accepting that change is just part and parcel of life. Change is normal and if we don’t believe that we are deluding ourselves. The problem is the world has changed rapidly, yet our education system has been slow to change or in some countries even regressed.
As a parent you place your child’s/children’s well-being and development in the hands of educators from the age as young as 3 to 18, and we assume that the education system will prepare our children for a whole new world of work.
The bad news is, it simply won’t. School, colleges, and universities are great places for encouraging students to learn about their subject matter and to gain qualifications. Sadly our schools, Colleges and Universities to not prepare our Teens and Youth for specific careers, there has been an underlying assumption that our children are prepared to become great employees, rather than entrepreneurs.
Helping our Teens, Youth and Young adults to not just become another brick in the education wall – “We Need No Education” we have made into a remix of the real truth of the 21st century is that we do need education, but it must be the right education to prepare our young people for the challenges of independent flexible working 21st – century style.
